You need to expand on your question. You "know" the person or entity is committing a scam or worse a con? What is your proof, where is your explanation for you question?
Right now I am watching as another travel agent with a very good reputation is getting pulled through the mud because a blogger believes she scammed him when through her recommendation he purchased travel insurance. He did not read or understand the coverage and was denied a refund for airfare and non-refundable services when he cancelled a trip. It was not the travel agent who denied him, it was the insurance company. However, he is posting about her and the agency. Was he scammed? No, but this is his belief.
If you know, beyond a doubt, legally a person has committed or is committing an illegal act, take it to the authorities. Let them deal with it and keep yourself out of the limelight.

Working a the Better Business Bureau, we hear lots of stories on scams in all sorts of platforms. We even have a SCAM TRACKER on a website as a result to help consumers.
One of my personal least favorite is "Free" solar on Facebook or email.
I do my part to add a questionable practice to our SCAM TRACKER to be investigated by Better Business Bureau. This is a great way to shine a light on these bad folks.

Report them, by ignoring them you are facilitating their next move.  The key word here is "know", accordingly it is based upon facts.  All of us out there need to keep our eyes and ears open and realize that most people are good but there are bad "apples" and they cannot be mixed in with the rest as they may create cross-contamination.

Report the activity of that person to the site administrator.

Summit proof like photos, emails, docs, etc. to FBI & the Secretary of State where their commission is issued.

What ever you say about someone report it as their interaction with you.  If you open it as 'Bob Bobn" is a crook then they can come back and bite you with Libel or Slander suits and complaints.  If you say what happened between what happened between you and them then you are reporting what happened as opposed to merely accusing him.

What comes around goes around - people are smarter than scam artists think. The truth will come out..just don’t provoke, aggravate, play judge or call them out. Be subtle, stick to the facts and serve your followers.

Honesty, truthfulness & high moral standards attract!

Tell everyone I could...high and low.

Take photos and report them to FB. Also advise your contacts accordingly!
